My recent experience here was incredibly disappointing. Our waitress, Bri, didn’t know the menu and made up her own menu, made multiple mistake's on our bill (five times total), and even gave false information when questioned by management. Unfortunately, the manager or owner “G” didn’t improve the situation either all he did was help the incompetent waitress create more bills — both owner and employee have no customer service! Giving the location of the establishment and how empty the parking lot is, not surprised!

The drinks were poorly made, the “Old Glory Greens” are not fresh collard greens, and the mac and cheese was low-quality and flavorless. I genuinely want to support Black-owned businesses, but the lack of respect and professionalism toward customers makes it hard to recommend this establishment and due to this being my second bad experience, I won't be back.

This was my first time here, I went on a Monday for the 5$ drink deals and food deals. The Lime Margaritas are so good! They had the kitchen closed before 10pm, which sucks and is false advertisement. They also closed early before 2am😔
Update:
I came back when the kitchen was open and happy hour they had great food and a good deal for it! The music was a vibe! I enjoyed my time here & I plan to come back for happy hours!
Service: The bartender was quick which appreciated!
Atmosphere: Large environment, Cool blue Setting and spacious, lots of booths, dj plays good music!

This place is garbage they overcharge for everything the service sucked they had people in my booth and I had to keep asking for the bottle that came with it and to top it off the the waitress decided to help herself to extra money on my card it's definitely better places around even by hood bar standards this place sux

Food was decent. Waitresses was very nice. The price for the side was crazy a smaller then 8oz container for broccoli and cheese cost $10 that we had to pay an extra $2 for the cheese on was diabolical.

Paid $200 for a booth got there and ask them where my booth at.the waitress said she didn’t know,so I Sit at the first booth. Hour later they told me that I was at the wrong booth and had me sit on the stage. They never put my name down for me paying for the booth.#2 lady at the front door changer me $30 dollars to get in and on top of that it was free for the lady’s but she still charged me $30.#3 food was horrible.never will go here again.

We had our all class high school reunion at this establishment on the flyer It stated it was “free entry all night”, but the young lady at the door assisted on charging everyone that came to showed up, even after I told her even the promoter told her that it’s free entry all night she still assisted on charging everyone even when folks told her hey they’re here for the Henry Ford all class reunion. She still tried to charge people. Customer service was horrible. They charge you service fees and gratuity on a glass of water. I would never go back. The only good thing about this bar was the chicken.

We went early on a Sunday for Soulfood & RnB and I can see the changes for the better. Now that there is new management & new kitchen staff the food tastes delicious and the customer service was great.

My daughter told me the place had good food so I wanted to try it. I ordered over the phone and was told 25 minutes. I got there and didn’t know where to park that was interesting, then security pat down, then the rude counter girl said $70.. I said $70 she said yeah you want a receipt. So WARNING you will have a 20% up charge that you are NOT told about on Thursday thru Saturday.
I gave them a extra 10 minutes to make sure my order would be ready because it was a bar, the music was loud and not my style at all and I wanted to get in and out because COVID is real.

Well of course the order was not ready. 20 minutes and 6 folks and they orders laster I had to finally ask can you please check to see how much longer for my order. She rolls her eyes and is now gone another 15 minutes. When she finally came back without my order but hands out 2 more orders and then says to me .. and I quote… da still workin on yo steak bites.

I asked for a refund and here comes I guess Mr Manager .. they putting the steak bites in the box now are you sure you want a refund? Do you want a refund for the whole order? It’s a Smoke filled room , (mind you I don’t smoke ) nobody but me got a mask on !! COVID is Real!!

Me: Yep Thank you Lord I got my mind back!

The lamb chops are bussin!!!! Forsure the best thing on the food menu. But paying over $115 for the small amount that I ordered was no where near worth it. I was still hungry afterwards and the sides weren’t all that either.

My first time there and the security guard was a bully, rude, disrespectful and aggressive. I have never been treated so harshly in an establishment in my life. I was not belligerent, intoxicated nor disrespectful towards him I was waiting for my family to come from restroom and he was a very horrible person. The owner tried to ignore his horrible behavior, and I understand we cannot be accountable for others behavior, but we have to be accountable for the people that we hire.
