I got a flight and chicken bites and I can confidently say that this was the best food I’ve had since being in New Orleans. 10/10 it was incredible. The service was also incredible and they were so kind.
Dietary restrictions: I am allergic to artificial colors (food dye) and it’s usually impossible for me to find out if restaurant food contains food dye. The woman taking my order enthusiastically checked all ingredients for food dye and checked with the chef. This is the first time in my life I have experienced something like this at a restaurant!

Was the first time we visited we attending to watch the performance of someone we knew..ordered food out food was taking to a different table as my husband watched the other party open the container & look into the container he suddenly while the female realized oh that’s not your ordered he asked for a replacement order..the young lady that was behind the counter had an attitude to sum it up I think she would of done the same thing if she had any professionalism about herself who wants to eat food not only at the wrong table but you look at it and put it up to your face that’s a no no for me but the attitude of the lady was off balance one reason why & I hate to say it but I rarely patronize our own kind when it comes to business being a business owner ourselves I’m really Big!!.on customer service so after that not sure if she refilled the order and brought us out the same food it was not bad at all…just maybe need to practice better customer service & value your customers..Thank You..

Waited an hour and a half for a cold waffle flight. Food was good when I took it home and microwaved it! Nice concept....just need to get it together as far as food delivery to tables. There were 4 of us and we received our food 15 minutes apart. Spent $75.00 for cold food and by the time we finally did get our food the mood was not pleasant. I will not be back
The wait time for the food is unacceptable here. Our order on our receipt was at 11:14 and it is 12:21. Our order was promised in 25-30 minutes. Even as I type this I haven't gotten my food.The quality of the food was actually very good. The variety is also pretty great here ad well.With this type of wait time, I'd at least expect the food to be hot. The temperature of all of the food, four orders worth, was lukewarm at best, just plain cold at worst.If you're looking to spend time in the atmosphere here, go for it. Great place, but would I call this a restaurant? I don't know about that.Update: I just got my phone at 12:24. Unacceptable.
Lady was rude and said they wasn't open when I got there at 3pm. They don't close until 4. This was my very first time here too def will not try this spot..

The food is great, but the service is terrible. We live in the neighborhood and decided to order our food online at 10:51am, our notification said our food would be ready at 11:30am. We arrived at 11:30, ready to get are food but ended up having to wait 45 additional minus for our waffles. Then they only completed part of our order, and we had to wait another 15mins for our strawberry cheesecake waffle (which the don’t have any cheesecake and didn’t tell us until after we had been waiting 30mins). So some of our food is cold. You have to come here already full, because your going to wait hours for your food. Which you could understand if the place was packed out line out the door, there are about 5 people and one family here. I’ve watched more people leaving then coming in due to the ridiculous wait time. I hope this improves.
