Love this restaurant, great kalbi
It’s a place in Detroit where I can enjoy both Korean and Japanese food.
This is a lovely tiny restaurant that's almost hidden! It's a chill vibe, great staff and the food is delicious! Many vegan and vegetarian options.
The fried rice was full of chicken bones, tendons, and skin.
Teriyaki sauce was poured out of a jar from some discount Asian food outlet- not homemade and closer to barbecue sauce than teriyaki. The salad was drenched in sauce to the point that everything was soggy. Egg rolls soggy and limp. This all cost $80. Absolutely never again.
Lots of choices. Sushi was yummy. Prices are great!
Literally were the only guest in the building and was treated with an attitude and barely received service. They’re were acting as if we were bothering them. Will never go back.

Grabbed a couple of rolls for brunch both were stellar. Was pleased they had actual espresso.

Amazing food, great service (they did forget our noodles) cozy atmosphere, would recommend spicy California roll and Tokyo roll. Over all highly underrated. If I could I'd eat here every day for lunch I would. Thank you to our wonderful server Min!
Parking: If you park in the garage, pay at the front desk in the residential building.

Everything was so good, and it was difficult to pick what I wanted to eat because I wanted everything, but it was also a bit pricey. I wound up picking many things and getting takeout. Pajeon, bimibap, and the spice noodle soup were delicious. I highly recommend eating here if you like Korean or Japanese food.

Really solid spot with great variety - sushi, sashimi, japenese entrees, korean entrees, wide variety of appetizers. Love the miso soup and the katsu here. Serves beer/wine/cocktails. Pleasant atmosphere inside ***during the pandem_c Wasabi was carry out only. As of the time of this review the dining room is open!

Wow. Exactly what I needed. I started eating before I thought to take photos, but these dishes looked, smelled, and tasted so good. We got 3 dishes to go - japchae, bibimbap, and spicy pork. The first two were my orders - and they were so good. I love Korean food and have been trying to find a place near me that offers it at a quality I love, and I'm very happy that Wasabi exists. We've been here once before and had a great time, and it almost seems like the food has gotten better since.
