Need to get the silent area with cubicles together. People don't understand the temporary area should have the same rules. They acting it's a virtual office, having full blown conversations on the phone. Great it stays open till 11p.m.
Lack of A/C on the third floor during warmer days reaching 75-78 degrees. Shouting tour guides always interrupting. Becomes a noisy free for all in the afternoon due to lack of patrolling.

The older man who stands at the door always follows me around and watches me very attentively no matter who is walking in with me or who is around me. Today he even followed me and watched me right up until I went into the elevator. And it’s just a coincidence that I am the only Muslim woman wearing a hijab when he follows me. Very off putting and offensive. I pay to come here and only come to the library to study or visit my work. Can never catch a break from him and his creepy stare.

It's really awkward when there is still a solid ten minutes left and someone just stares right at you and tells you to wrap it up, as if you are in elementary school and meant to just drop everything and go. I pay for this. I know how long it takes for me to walk out the door. It doesn't take 10 minutes.

Went three times and couldn’t find any books. Like I don’t mean books I was looking for. I mean there’s no books in this huge building.

It's a great place to chill and study. Plus there is a copier/printer and great Dell computer stations

Mean front staff, then you got the janitor singing at the top of his lungs.
Great place to study as it is open 24/7 and has food on the first floor. However, there are some students that will play music, video, or talk very loudly. Probably best to bring headphones and food if you want to eat anything healthy. Meals are unfortunately not allowed.
Tons of seating for groups or singles.
