I came in for a quick shot and when I end t to pay they already over charged me for the card mini min and said oh that’s what we do I cashed out already. Overcharged me completely and when I brought it up didn’t try to make it better.

Came here for the first time on a Saturday night and I had a great time. Drinks were nice and strong and the music was good. It got packed and a lot of ppp weren’t dancing but the night life is what you make it.
Only downsides are how packed the bathroom gets. They definitely could use a bigger bathroom

The Well used to be a really good spot to go have a good laid back time. Security is always cool and fair. They make sure that everyone feels safe and having a good time. In the past few years they’ve acquired 2 bartenders who has a really bad disposition towards a certain group of people and it ruins the mood. Obviously the female bartender has a problem serving women of color. This has not happened just once but MULTIPLE occasions. I’m sure my friends and I will never try to here.
I’ve been a loyal patron of this bar for a long time, but a recent experience has left me extremely disappointed. My brother and I were treated with blatant disrespect by a bartender named Meghan. My brother, who doesn’t drink alcohol, simply asked for a refill on his non-alcoholic beverage. Instead of providing basic service, Meghan looked at us with clear disgust and deliberately ignored our request, even after multiple polite attempts.
When I asked to speak with a manager, the situation wasn’t addressed professionally. To make matters worse, other staff members indicated that Meghan’s behavior is overlooked due to a personal relationship with the manager.
It’s disheartening to see this establishment adopt a culture where discriminatory behavior is tolerated—both from staff and certain patrons who made racially charged remarks toward us. What was once a welcoming spot now feels unrecognizable..

Well used to be a really good spot to go have a good time. In the past few years they’ve acquired 2 bartenders (one female particularly) who has a really bad disposition towards certain people and it ruins the mood. I have been coming here over 10 years and this last time was the worst. The bartender lady is EXTREMELY rude and dismissive of certain people. Only reason a 2 not a one is because the music is descent and pretty diverse crowd . But fire the lady bartender she is awful and many other reviewers clearly agree

The woman bartender tonight was very rude. I was at an empty section of the bar and she just stood there ignored me. I went to another section of the bar to where a male bartender served me.
Later, I went up to the bar again, asking what was in the mystery shot specifying my allergies and she said “just order something you know heads in it.”
After that, I left.

Horrible. Particularly the service. Especially the black bald guy bartender that work the bar on Sundays. Dont even acknowledge you, then you finally get his acknowledgement he get upset cause he went to someone else after telling him your order. The Caucasian lady working with him with the glasses bad to. No acknowledgment.
