This place is clean and phenomenal, the food is cooked to perfection the employees threat both staff and customers with respect. The managers are great and calm and straight forward. The environment is keeped clean and neat for the customers and workers to eat and enjoy. I swear this Wendy is much different and the best spot to enjoy your meal theor food is cooked much better and precise than any other fast food spot out here in Midtown Detroit. Keep the good work going Harper Wendy's Crew.

This was my second time going there. First time excellent. Second visit not so happy. The cashier was very rude. I was looking for the coupon on my phone. She said I'm going to suspend your order. Which was fine. I said ok. The cashier replied some people have jobs to go to. Very unprofessional and rude!

I've had one... Just one good experience with this store and that was on Valentine's day and that was based on the extremely fantastic service we received from the girl with colored hair.... Because the rest of the time... I wondered how any of you have jobs. I'd rather have cancer than eat there ever again. The last straw was when we ordered online then had to wait 45 mins for our food AFTER getting there, and then watched all the orders get made after our food was done and sitting in the cut getting cold and old. You're a disgrace to the fast food industry as a whole. I can't believe this place is still open and then y'all didn't even have the cheddar buns for the food we ordered. I can't even walk past on my way to chic-fil-a without looking at your entrance with disgust. I'm sorry you have picked a job to complicated for you to be able to handle like normal adults and I'm thankful you don't actually work in the hospital on people because they would probably die. I hate this whole company. If I could negative stars, I would.

Considering you are located in a hospital, where you have cancer patients that may want a frosty everyday, because it's the only thing they can keep down. Or a loved one of a family member who just passed, or doctor's and nurses who are absolutely exhausted. You would think the customer service would be at a 100 percent.Not rude, not wanting to wait on you, yelling across the store about not wanting to 'cook another thing' and leaving people standing in line. WE GOT IN LINE AT 9:45PM. THEYRE SO SLOW BY THE TIME WE GOT TO THE DRIVE UP WINDOW AT 9:59. THEY SAID THEY WERE CLOSED AND REFUSED TO TAKE OUR ORDER EVEN THO WE WAITED ALMOST 15 MINS. IM CALLING CORPORATE 1ST THING IN THE AM.
