I went here and got the 2 burger meal. When I got home and started to eat the fries were old and hard the pop taste like it was sitting and the ice melted and they just added more the bread was falling apart it was stale and the nuggets I could have broken a window out with. They didn’t give me any napkins or condiments . I just threw the whole meal away.I will never ever buy from this disgusting restaurant and that girl at the window has an attitude problem. If I could give no stars I would.

Extremely rude and unprofessional customer service in the drive through for lunch yesterday and breakfast today, plus both times the order wasn’t right and then both times I was treated like I was in the wrong for even bringing up that I didn’t have the correct items

The manager on duty today is on it! She was so kind, professional and fun. The food was hot and fast. The manager really made all the difference though. You can tell she loves working with people!

This place was struggling for a while but Bri is really doing a great job pulling it back together. Myself and my coworkers come here often and it has gotten so much better! We have spoken to Bri and she genuinely seems to care about her job and it’s great to see!! Keep it up!

Just left from there getting 2 parmesan chicken salads( which I get all the time from other Wendys). Got all the way home, opened the salads up and the chicken was so old, beige and hard as a rock. Me and my husband thought it was croutons. Called back up there, and there was no answer. Had to drive back and the manager acted nonchalant, after he even opened the salads and clearly seen how bad the chicken looked. No apology, offer to replace or even credit offered. I will never go here again, the entire experience was terrible!! I've never felt the need to return food or even write a negative review but this restaurant is terrible and should be re-staffed. I can't believe they even passed that mess out the window, I wouldn't even serve my dog anything that looked like that!!
I went through the drive thru the woman acted like I was bothering her taking my order. Worst part she didn't even listen my instructions and I my order was not prepared correctly. Not coming back to this particular Wendy's.

Went here while traveling out of state. Went through the drive-thru. They were quick to answer, but they had their lunch menu up. I dont go to Wendy's breakfast enough to know what I wanted. They were rude and impatient. Didn't bother to help. After saying, give me a minute because your lunch menu is still up. They were impatient, didnt bother to help. I asked if they had a chicken bacon sandwich, didnt help. So I got on my phone and started looking. One employee came out, mumbling something at me and slamming the boards around. Finally found what I wanted online, ordered. Pulled up, they slammed my food on the counter, were still rude, after I was very apologetic and polite. No thank you. Finally got back to my room, hungry. Wrong beverage. Couldn't drink it. Potatoes were dry and cold, like cold-cold. Sandwich wasn't much better and probably the reason I got diarrhea an hour later. DONT GO HERE FOR BREAKFAST!
