The staff was nice until after I waited for 15 minutes and then asked if I could have my money back if the food wasn't going to be ready soon. I asked politely and calmly, the place seems like a disaster, they said there are only two people in the back. Our order was incorrect when it did make it to us, but we left with it anyway as we were then late for an appointment after a 20 minute wait.

On 1.30.25 went through the drive thru, bill was $5.30, gave them $5.35. Didn't get back the nickel. Also, didn't think that the sauce for the nuggets was in the bag. Told the worker there about both & all hell broke loose. One worker got indignant when I brought up the nickel, another stated in unprofessional demeanor that she had placed the sauce in the bag & that if she gave me another I would actually owe them money. We found the sauce in the bag, I gave them back the extra sauce but never got my change. Horrible customer service. Horrible experience.

I went to this Wendy's this morning and the chew member was rushing me and I was only in the for about line 2 minutes, she says she have a schedule 😩 and I just wanted to look at the menu first smh if I can give zero stars for this location I would
I came in 1-6-25 late at night about 11:30 pm...The pretty dark-skinned young lady "Jakya" (hope I spelled that right) *half up half down hairstyle* DID HER BIG ONE😍 she was so professional polite and considerate. She made sure to pack thoroughly with condiments and napkins without asking. Smiled and even tho I waited awhile (because I was doordashing multiple orders and I also placed an order for myself) I didn't mind the wait because of the way she communicated. The food was super fresh. I appreciate her customer service. It was very refreshing indeed🤞🏾🥰 she needs to be promoted..because she definitely gets it💯👍🏾

Just got a drink. I took forever to decide at the menu (I don't prefer sugar drinks but had the munchies!). I thought my Hi-C orange was carbonated, and I don't drink that. The staff was patient, tolerated my concerns, assured me it wasn't carbonated and was willing to make another one for me. Amazing service. My drink wasn't carbonated by the way, she was right.
