I only gave one star because Wendy's food is normally good, but I went to Wendy's on 8 mile in Livernois this morning and the service was horrible. The young lady answering the window was very rude. I ended up not getting my food.Because I would hate to spend money with a with someone who is so disgusting.

These people are insane slow took them 20 min just to get my order after sooner 30 min on the drive way
The atmosphere was clean but that just wasn’t enough unfortunately. We had to wait 5mins for the cashier was in the bathroom while everyone else on duty walked around like a headless chicken, then the cashier finally got to taking orders and messed up BOTH orders!!! The guy making the sandwiches made them both wrong, the nuggets weren’t fresh, and the fries we blended with old fries that clearly should’ve been tossed out!!! We didn’t go complain but when asked for some ketchup the guy making the sandwiches literally THREW a single pack of ketchup at us and when a complaint was said about that he had the nerve to ask did we want 2 individual packs…for two orders that were both upsized!!! Never again smh fast food has drastically taken a dive

I Haven't eaten her in like 10 years so it was refreshing to be greeted by the night shift. They let us dine in right before closing the dining room, myself and my children. That was greatly appreciated. Met a super cool respectable young employee named Carlito. Great staff, great food, kudos to the management.
