The food arrived hot and tasted amazing. Customer service was friendly and thoughtful throughout our visit. Huge respect to the manager, who handled everything with care while the team was short staffed. She and her crew stayed focused and made sure every guest was taken care of. Truly a great dining experience.

Fast and efficient service

The cashier overcharged me $12. I ordered 2 medium combos, with strawberry lemonades, and two kids meal at the drive thru. After he took the order, he said the total came to $25.09. When we get to the window he repeats our meal, and then my husband's if it asks is that's correct, because he said the total was $37. We get home and guess what, the receipt is half ripped, but the total is left intact. It was $25.09 . I am pissed, I worked in fast food and never stole from anybody. While I don't know for certain that this was the employee that took the extra money, the host on the receipt was Jerelle. :)

HORRIBLE! Went at 11 at night and thecheeseburgers were COLD- burger was cold, cheese was not melted, onion was frozen! Only ordered 2 cheeseburgers and one was missing! Received no receipt. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS WENDYS!
