Every time I have placed a mobile order at this location it’s never ready. There’s no structure on how things are being handled at this location. The food is never fresh or made correctly. No effort is being put into making the food. The quality is not here. I will not return to this location the food was horrible.

The guy with the tattoo on his face would not take my order inside. I didn't even want to find in! Around 21:45 date 06/17/2025. He had no reason! He was busy mopping. He refused to give me an answer on what time the inside closes. I go there often, but he sucks.

I got to this wendys on my lunch breaks. They are busy but I never wait too long and order is always correct. Sam in the drive thru is amazing.

I stopped by this Wendy’s for a large coke, I was denied service because I only had a $50.00 bill. They made the coke and threw it in the Garbage can. I will never return.

Im not understanding why there is 1 person working most of the time past 11. Instead of trying to save on y’all labor add an extra person so the line goes quicker late night. Not everyone gets off of work at 5PM and there is no reason why it should take 30 minutes to move 1 car when its only 5 in the drive through. And if there is another person on the shift they better get to working. This is not just a problem here its everywhere

I ordered a large chili. Lady says they don’t have the large containers. Charges me for a large, gives me a large sized container (that they didn’t have) which is almost half empty. Restaurant was dirty Workers attitudes even more disgusting This location should be closed immediately Definitely going to contact corporate
