Im not understanding why there is 1 person working most of the time past 11. Instead of trying to save on y’all labor add an extra person so the line goes quicker late night. Not everyone gets off of work at 5PM and there is no reason why it should take 30 minutes to move 1 car when its only 5 in the drive through. And if there is another person on the shift they better get to working. This is not just a problem here its everywhere
Ordered 2 chocolate frosty. She give us vanilla. I said we wanted chocolate. We don't have chocolate. Make it make sense, why she just didn't say that. Gave us incorrect refund. It was short
I wish Wendy's would serve hot food.They probably bag the orders and let them sit on the counter, so by the time you get to the window and pay, the food is barely warm.I had to go inside and ask them to put it in a microwave, which they grudgingly did.I barely go to Wendy's anymore because of this. The service went down so bad.This all starts with the training and management not caring about their store, food quality, and service. Sad.
