I went to Wendy’s today at 7 pm .when I made it to the window the lady just looked at me and gave me my drink . She then looks at me and said drive up . She didn’t say why I was moving up nor could I . I said , thank you after she gave me my drink and she just looked at me . After moving up , I got out my car and went in to talk to a manager . The manager did apologize for the girls behavior. She also mentioned that due to them being YOUNG , that’s probably why they act the way they act . Honestly I thought that was an excuse and didn’t want to hold anyone accountable. Also, I ordered 20 nuggets and received 1 sauce. No napkins . Once I made it home , which is 5 mins away . I noticed my chicken sandwich . Which was burnt and smelt disgusting. After seeing my sandwich . I went back to the Wendy’s and the manager says is it spicy or regular . lol please look at this sandwich . Yes she made me a new order and half way apologized . The manager that seems as if she shouldn’t be working there was a white lady . I will say that the new manager I met today . She actually has great customer service . I will say that the guy at the front register was very nice and he tried to help me . The females are very rude and are very loud . I feel sorry for the place .

Couldn't get a simple order correct smh and didn't offer me my refund balance smh I was so fed up j didn't even go into it.. All a sista wanted was a regular chocolate frosty. That's it!!

I went to this location on Sunday after church, the manager behind the counter is rude and disrespectful! I spoke 3 times, she never responded. When she got the order wrong( it was 5 of us and all the orders were wrong) but instead of apologizing she said “ that’s not what you ordered “ it is you hot it wrong. She was fussing at her staff and customers. She needs customer service training, especially if she is the manager and dealing with customers.
Fast food made slow…for your pleasure🙄. Been in the drive thru for 15 min now

I ordered a junior bacon cheeseburger biggie bag. With a blueberry pomegranate lemonade. It was delicious. My food was hot and my drink was yummy.

Thanks for the horrible stale horrible cold fries. That pineapple Frosty was vanilla. As far as the service even the manager didn't have the proper information. I'll give 3 stars because the manager tried to make up for it sorta.As far as the atmosphere there were people parked in the handicap without permits while I had to park far away. I can hardly fault Wendy's for that but it did make it an unpleasant experience.
