This Wendy's, on Gratiot and Van Dyke, was horrible. It was explained that they had some call-offs, so we understood, but out of the 2 employees, a young lady and a young man, the young man was extremely rude and made me feel like I was bothering him when I asked for items that THEY forgot to put in the bag...like our sauce for our nuggets.
The food was not good at all and the fries were cold. They gave us no straws for our 3 drinks. They didn't give us the juice cup for our 1yr olds kid's meal. They didn't put any napkins in the bag. They added ice in .y drink after I asked 3 times for no ice in my drink. This was unacceptable after waiting in line for over 40mins and paying almost $40.
I will never go back to this Wendy's EVER again!

Door dash order. For 1 small frosty and 1 small chilli. The old lady rosey was rude. Went inside, she said you have to go to drive through. Went to Drive thru window. To tell me go sit at the other window. Then the car behind me got there order first. But I'll be calling Kirk Tanner and discuss this.

Sssssuuuupper slow! The food itself was good and hot though. I really wish there was more care and thoughtfulness to keep things up to date. The drive thru menu showed old, less expensive, prices. When I addressed the discrepancy of the posted menu with reality I was met with statements of disbelief, as if it's my fault for not knowing that. They said, "that hasn't been the price for like two years". But if anything that's more a testament to how ridiculous it is that it still hasn't been updated. But aside from this experience, they're always out of things, they always mix up sauces, but the fries are more often than not on point! That's why I hardly go to neighborhood fast food joints and even sadder that this is probably the best in the neighborhood.
