It's ashame how the night crew just don't give a damn. I'm bringing my food back in the morning to the day manager.I come here every day. I never complain and I'm very respectful. I received 4 ice cold chicken sandwiches and paid for 2 chilis with cheese received none. I upsized my fish combo and received the oldest fries in history. They are hard as a rock.

I walked over 3 Miles for Wendy's 2 for $7 chicken sandwiches.. when I got there and gave my order.. the cashier said hold on and went to the manager... then came back and told me that special ended a week ago.. some 16 year yelling in the background with her winter coat on get a biggie bag while making food.. I told the manager I see it on the board right now.. She responded we about to take that down NOW... So I ORDER A COMBO .. I started to walk back home till I decided to check Google .. March 2nd is the end.. sent a email to Wendy's.com to make a complaint they email ne back saying O well... Damn

I got accused of not paying for my food today, I had actually given up exact change. Then, I got my #8 and it was cold. I still ate it. Cold chicken simticks to the ribs in a particular way. And the chilli beans instead of fries weren't thoroughly cooked.

Why is it when your in the hood food is crappy absolutely disappointed, a week ago I went to a location in the suburbs I had never had such a juicy succulent burger from wendys ever. My wife came to this location patties extra flat sloppy made it's bad when you gotta taste for something and get disappointed 😞 😒 nope never again.

I should've just stayed at home and made dinner, because the experience I had here with the night crew was not good at all.

While making my order in the drive thru, the worker on the inside with the glasses and the blonde wig fussed at me through the mic for pausing between the meals I ordered. She urged me to just tell her everything without pausing, but I was just trying to make sure they took my order correctly. When I got to the front window to get my order, half of my drinks were the wrong size, and I was missing a burger.

Don't come here at night. Find another Wendy's that'll serve you right. I regret coming here, but that was my first and last time

Horrrible is not even a word for the service they offer on this Wendy’s location, every time I go there is something worse, I don’t have many options because my job is near them and lunch time is just 30 min on a pass regular restaurants hours. But jessssh, I decide not taking a lunch if I have to go back there now on…

My experience at this Wendy’s was very horrible! I was greeted with “ what up though”, there were several workers in the parking lot smoking marijuana, my food was cold and when I informed the cashier that I had some items missing, the individual, argued with me until I agreed to give him back all my bags just to prove I was missing my items ??‍♀️…. I support this Wendys but if their employees are going to bring down the quality of service they should hire a whole crew of members who can treat their customers with respect and care ….
