They gave me two spicy chicken not all way cooked and I'm pregnant then was rude when I try to ask questions they kept closing the window the manger with the blue shirt on pop smoke braid and the girl with the black and red braid in drive thru and this the second time they need to be shut down I'll never come here again

I told myself I wouldn’t come to this location again after the continued horrible food and service provided in the past. I went there this particular morning for breakfast. They had no seasoned potatoes and they don’t have any in the store so they asked if I wanted regular fries. Then they tell me they’re out of iced tea and Dr.Pepper. So I settled for a sprite which was not good at all. If they would’ve told me I had to substitute anything else, I would’ve canceled my order. When I got my food, I could tell nothing was made fresh, the fries tasted hard and old and reheated. My sausage egg muffin sandwich tasted like it had been sitting under a warmer too long, the egg was over cooked and the sausage tasted spicy which I didn’t order that way and not to mention the drink tasting horrible. This was the very last time I order anything from this location. Y’all have to do better. You’re too busy trying to rush out order but not considering the quality of the food and also the last time I ordered lunch, the staff was horrible, playing around too much, cursing behind the counter in front of kids and older people and arguing with each other. I wouldn’t dare want my food made by that environment at all which is why it took me a while to come back and this is most definitely the last time I will ever go to this location.

Never get the order right, they talk to other people as you're putting in your order and if they don't have something they don't let you know, they just give you the order at the window then tell you, if you check your bag

Ask the employees for a drink holder for two large drinks. The employee told me No. The employee told me they only give cup holders for 3 or more drinks. I asked for a bag for the two large drinks. The employee told me NO and to find my own bag. She had a bad attitude and made no apologies. I see other comments are referencing the bad attitude. Clearly Wendy's isn't doing anything about it so we're going to have to make a choice, not to allow this Wendy's to service us.

This Wendy's is located on livernois off wall circle the drive through at night is very Dark MY Opinion its not safe To go At Night one night as I was in thr drive through waiting to place my order a man literally walked up to my vehicle and had thee nerve to ask me for (( Some spare Change) at first it scared me because I thought he was going to try and rob me however the employee's are very nice and they got my order right
A few years ago I used to have a bad opinion of this Wendy's, but in the past few months that I've given it a chance again, they have really upped their game! The Dave's double that I got today was on par or even better than a Culver's burger tbh. I wish I would have taken a picture of it, it looked better than it did on the menu! They have been very quick, friendly, and providing a great product as of late. Thank you all so much! 10/10 would recommend this place.

Stopped in randomly on a Sunday morning for breakfast. Only 2 people working, I didn't have high hopes for the experience. Both workers were fast, efficient, FRIENDLY, and knowledgeable (honey butter on the biscuit 🤯). I know fast food management and owners are notoriously cheap.... But these two deserve a big boost in pay and a promotion.
