A couple of days ago and I drove by this Wendy's that is located on Gratiot near Filbert on Detroit's Eastside. The Wendy's Road sign says Wendy's and below there is a sign that says Temporarily Closed and Wendy's looks Closed Permanently.

I ordered three sandwiches a chicken sandwich and two junior cheeseburgers. The buns on all three sandwiches was old and stale, the chicken was cold in rubbery I didn't even get a chance to eat it. Both of the cheeseburgers were also cold and barely any condiments on it which I ordered all sandwiches just regular. The inside of the store was closed you could only use the drive-thru it took a double of 20 minutes to get through the line and there were only six cars in front of me. Will not go back again.

Very poor customer service manager was rude the machine to print out the receipt is always broke never get your order right and always try to overcharge you for something that you didn't ask for

I ordered a fish combo. The fish was cold and old so were the fries and the drink was warm no ice. Never again

I go there for the Bourbon bacon burger. My favorite part is the fried onions. They put raw onions on my burger and a little sauce, and a little bacon. Not to mention we were in line well over 10 minutes. No longer fast food!

The Cod fish sandwich was slamming as the kids say nowadays. It was the first time I had it, my eldest niece was raving about it. She was totally correct to rave, I will be purchasing it again!

I intentionally avoid this place. And my order today is why. Gave me hard bread, dry old burgers, and poor customer service. No one answers the phone here. I shouldn't have to come back up there. This place has been here forever and its time to shut them down.
Not expressing to the customer their out of ice for fountain drinks is bad customer service, then they wouldn’t refund me my money!!

While I was deciding my order the cashier told me that they were going to be closing soon so I needed to make a order. I wasn't even taking long at all so I decided to not get anything because who wants to be rushed to make an order..The time during that time was 10 pm and then when I happened to drive pass again at 11 pm after leaving another store they were still opened.. SMH so unprofessional..
