Says they are open until 1:00 am, but they will not respond to you when you pull up to the drive thru. We pulled up at 12:35am and they acted as though no one was in the restaurant
Was picking up an order for Uber eats and it took over 20 minutes. I was about to cancel and leave when the worker comes running and yelling at me from inside to my car. She spoke nasty to me and tried scolding me for wanting to leave.

Waited over 20 minutes just for them to say that they were putting the burger on now. They were very slow but found time for smoke breaks. All the guy at the counter did was complain and act like he could care less about time.
This is the worse Wendy's been waiting 20 minutes for my food these people are playing and laughing taking they time making the food, plus they make you wait at the first window so they can cheat the time counter look on the camera the I asked the manager why is my food cold and I been waiting so long she was very nonchalant I think yall need better customer service my ticket number #3193

The other day I visited this Wendy's on cadiuex and Harper to try out there breakfast for the first time. I ordered two egg and sausage biscuits sandwich which were fresh and hot and with great customers service. Who ever running this Wendy's team keep up the good work. I'll be back to try the lunch menu out

The service here is absolutely for one whom has patience because you will truly be tested. The wait time is already insane most of the time, then you have to deal with attitude even when you're calm. This drive-thru cashier was very rude to me for no reason, talking as if I'm incompetent. I rarely receive a smile when I visit this location, so I don't expect much, but no, this was a little too over the top. All I simply asked was for her to explain the charges because I knew something wasn't right and she was so rude yet wrong the whole time. I asked the guy who bought the food out to the car(because we had to pull forward) what was the young girls name for my complaint, he stated he didn't know, but I think he was lying plus he looked like the one in charge himself as he did ask what happened when I asked for her name, in an authoritive stance. Luckly it was on the receipt. Keiya needs training in moral and ethics or she will cost this business. She's the first encounter for not only customers but people in business like reviewers. Best of luck.
