This is 1 of the worst Wendy’s in the city of Detroit. This red head young employee at the drive through window sitting on her phone instead of taking orders. It was 5 cars in line total and I was the 3 rd car at the speaker. This girl never said just a minute, please hold, nothing!! So I had been waiting already 5 minutes at the speaker before I just pulled around. I asked the girl when I got to the window after she made me wait until she finished texting, she asked me “What’s yo order” I asked is the speaker broke, she shook her head no. I then told her what happened assuming she was going to take my order. No she didn’t and she closed the window and got back on her phone. I had to wait for the car in front of me to pull off and go somewhere else to get me some food. I can only hope that the managers start making these kids learn professionalism. Give customers service properly. This is horrible!

This is the first time I ever bought a collaboration meal from Wendy's. When the server told me that the fries were hot I thought he meant the freshness of the fries. 😭🤣😭 The Taki french fries were hot and a burger was delicious 10/10🔥🔥!!

The service was great, the food was solid, but the air was a whole other story, thick with weed smoke, and deep-fryer grease like they hot-boxed the kitchen and deep-fried the evidence. It reeked of fryer funk and some boof so foul it could’ve been banned in three states. Whatever strain that was, it smelled like expired regrets and broken parole. Do what you do, but at least do it outside. Sheesh.
