Just one thing and I hope they read this and consider a change . The Breakfast potatoes are horrible overfried hard crunchy squares

We tried to order strip steaks at around 930pm. First they said they were out of the mashed potatoes so we figured out a substitute. Then they came back and said they were out of the carrots, so we found a substitute. Then they came back and said they were out of steak. We had burgers instead of strip steaks. The waitress tried to help but communication between the kitchen and the wait staff is an opportunity and whoever does their ordering blew it.

Dave was wonderful. A maintenance issue caused me to have an unexpected extra day in Detroit in February. Dave was courteous and attentive making for a lovely meal. I noticed he was just as kind to everyone else at the restaurant. Will visit again the next time at I'm at DTW :)

Great place to go if you have some time to kill before a flight or decide to stay at the Westin the night before an early flight. The service is always friendly and prompt, the food is very good. While you would not come here for a night out, it is by far the best place at the McNamara Terminal.

I have Celiac disease..Informed our server at the bar. She was great and told me what i could eat and couldn't. She spoke to the chef to let them know I could not have cross contact. She was very conscious about the issue. I always advocate for myself because I have to. I was told there was a gluten free bun so ordered the hamburger and a salad since I couldn't have the fries due to a non dedicated fryer. My husband and I went to bed early since we had an early flight. I woke up at 9:30 vomiting. I didn't stop for 5 hours. My husband called 911, waited for them to arrive in the hall, in the meantime, I passed out in the room. Paramedics got there, on the way to the hospital gave me IV fluids and meds. Miraculously we u
Were discharged from the hospital at 3 a.m., ubered back to the hotel, grabbed our luggage and made our flight. I know it was what I ate at Reflections because I ate homemade leftovers fir lunch and hadn't eaten away from home for days if you have Celiac disease, don't eat here!

For being at the airport the prices are fair. The service was quick, the food was great, the atmosphere after traveling all day was very relaxing and the service by David was exceptional. The next time I travel through DTW I will definitely keep Reflections in mind and ask for David if he’s working.

A bit of a hidden gem in the lobby of the Westin at DTW. The food and service were both great, and the menu has a wide variety of meat, fish, vegetarian, and vegan choices. The large, tranquil water feature and high ceiling make for a very nice setting.

The chorizo hash with over medium eggs was delicious. My compliments to the chef Lovell. I admit I was nervous to mention that the first eggs were over hard. An easy oversight with a dish like this. But the new eggs were cooked right away and they were perfect. It complimented the meal the way I had hoped. The waiter Carl was very professional and attentive. He went as far as to apologize which was a nice gesture and not needed. The atmosphere was excellent. I am a traveler with a layover and was dreading sitting in the airport or at a bar waiting. I am so happy I found this place and I highly recommend stopping here whether you are staying at the hotel or traveling through. You do have to exit and re-enter theough a security check point. But the agent made it seem very easy.
