The food wasn't good. Chicken slider with cheese. Was really gross. I couldn't eat it. Even the dog wouldn't eat it. And they messed up my order. I didn't get my 2 Sandi pd for. Why do I need to check my bag when I do a walk in take out. Really shady service.

The workers were extremely rude, they substituted my beyond meat with real red meat which I am severely allergic to. They completely left out my boyfriends chicken bacon ranch sliders. I called to complain and I heard the guy in background say oh well we’re not remaking it.

The best place ever, stopped by for a late night snack after an event and GENE’s team did an amazing job with my requests! so yummy love the impossible sliders no cheese carmelized onions + extra pickles and mustard omg so delicious i love this white castle i wish yall had vegan cheese + a dairy free shake bc im allergic to dairy but i appreciate what we have so far ? ?

Team members smoking cigarettes with the door propped open. Cashier didn’t wanna be there she was leaning and dragging her feet the entire time I ordered. She can’t hear kept saying “huh” I had to repeat myself several times. Food took 10 minutes get to me.
