I've never had a bad experience here. Even with my Uber eats orders. They may miss the sauce but its not enough to drop star. I do have a suggestion... maybe have delivery drivers pull up to a separate window (instal another window) they park walk up show the phone with all the information and get gone. 1 new person on each shift that manages only pickup orders.BAAMMM!!! u just raised your rating from 3.9stars to 4.3

I have been coming to this White Castle for a very long time. It's all about the crew I came about 3 a.m. Service was excellent, food was good, hot, fresh, and made right! The wait wasn't really bad. Most of all when I asked for a cup of water and to add a fry at the window I wasn't refused.

Today 1/12/2025 it's 943 pm the staff is great the lady on drive thru very good and calm they have on gloves no hair in my food very nice the whole staff that's here now they are all great doing a very good job they respectful I live in Canton they are better here this shit keeps up the good job
