Listen, this is a White Castle, we all know what we're looking for here. My ONLY complaint is that, during the dinner rush, I saw no more than 3 people working. This is a management issue, they need to schedule better and hire more people.

Luv …..White Castle! Some times they are a bit slow…. However Individuals in front of me ordered 20+ burgers…..But I feel White Castle should be able to handle this instead of losing steam!

A good White Castle. I had a question about and order and went to the corporate online site and asked it. Later, I was called by a crew member at the restaurant location and a very nice crew member answered my question.

Horrible, they gave me old food and were very rude. The nighttime help do not want to work. They act like they do not want to be there and they surely don't care about customer service. They gave me old food!! Shame on management for hiring folks that do not care!!

It was okay on my hamburger sliders they were nice and hot really hot that's the only way to eat White Castle I've been eating them for over 30 years and also have been shipped do whatever state I was in through FedEx ???
