Love their wings (and I am (WAS) a fairly frequent customer) but their customer service sucks, to the point that Im pretty much done. I called to put a big order in after receiving their social media notification for a Sunday special. Whoever was on the phone was rude, denied that the ad I was looking at existed, then said it was only a special during the week, even though the ad specifically said Sunday AND mentioned football (see pic). Total trash. I was about to drop $100+, but spent my money elsewhere
