I ordered a simple 3pice tender combo and had to wait an hour, some tall caramel skinned lady VERY disrespectful, no class, no professionalism AT ALL. cursing the whole time, having disturbing conversations infront of customers. overall 0/5 stars very distasteful.

All my sick child wanted was tenders and ranch. Of course they left out the ranch but said it was in there. She spent her own Christmas money to get this and the ranch is her favorite part. The food was soggy and cold. They just don’t care at this location. Never again.

I just had my worst experience this year ordering a this particular wingstop. First off I didn't get greeted I had to get the attention of the employees for service. Then I was told my 50 dollar bill was too big. So my money basically was not good here. I asked for a manager. At this point I was told the bill was too big for a 9 dollar order. The young lady proceeded to tell me to go to McDonald's it's to early to complain about service. Wow!

I ordered online,when I get there to pick up my food I was told my order wasn't even in the system I waited patiently for about at least a hour and it was a lady arguing with customers she just kept walking pass me as if I didn't exist she finally decided to acknowledge my presence and told the staff to make my food

Working as Doordash: To my surprise the morning crew had everything spotless. As I entered the restaurant I was treated with respect not sure if the tall guy in the morning is the manager but he deserves this place to manage been in management for ten years in a pharmacy and yes I'm very impressed in how he treated me as I entered no discrimination. Everyone is usually treated awful by the kids working at night. This review is ONLY for this day 12-08-2024 with the employees in the morning. The other times working as a doordasher I been disrespected.

This place is a joke. I sat for a half hr for 10 boneless wings and fry’s while they made every other pickup order they could. After they made it, it sat for another 10 mins before I had to ask them where my food was. Nobody cares that works there and the place is gross.
