Don't order from here or come here. The staff isnt helpful at all and some of them are rude. I drive for a delivery app, and everytime I get an order here, its atleast a 30 minute wait once I arrive. Avoid at all cost!

I ordered through Uber Eats it took 1 whole hour for me to get my food. Everything was super cold. I had 2 orders a piece 10 wings fries and a lemonade drink. They sent me a watered down green drink. The next order was 4 tenders they was so small smh . This is the 2nd time they messed up my order. Wing Stop just lost a customer.

Piss poor service. No one greets you, acknowledges your presence and if you ask if your order is ready please be prepared to be overlooked. The lady with the glasses need’s customer service training ASAP. Oh please be technology savvy because they don’t take orders in person.

When calling an establishment you should answer the telephone professionally not just hello as if you were answering your personal phone. Customer service has gone completely out the window at some restaurants these days.

This was the WORSE service I’ve ever had!! My food was under cooked, cold and it wasn’t what I ordered. The staff was nasty and rude!! My family and I spent 2 hours or more waiting on food I wouldn’t feed my dog. I’m never going back, that was ridiculous!!

I was here March 30th 2024 2:58pmThe cashier was incredible she looked professional and was polite.The order seemed on the slow side maybe it was busy.The bbq wings were fair I ate every one.The french fries were horrible in my opinionI tried one and did not like them. They were dark and soggy ... sort of like fresh cut non-blanched potatoe was just fried.Before you buy French fries here ask for a sample and get a visual to make sure it's the way you like it first.Carrots and celery good.The ranch sauce is good. A little on the liquidy side but good.They have touch screen fountain machine it was nice.Movies are playing on flatscreen TV.Bathrooms seemed clean and maintained.

If I could give negative stars, I would. I ordered 2 6 pc combos for delivery. I only received one 6 pc & 2 fries. I called and was told that I had to come pick up the rest of my food. I'm still waiting on my food as I write this. I've been waiting 30 minutes for food that I should've had almost an hour ago. The whole point of ordering delivery was to not have to drive here myself. This is ridiculous. Idk if they need more help or better help. Since I've been here, there have been multiple people coming in with messed up orders. Y'all need to do better.Update, I have my food. I made it home. I opened the container of chicken and it's sitting in a puddle of oil.Never again. At this point, I don't even want it anymore.
