Had a New Yearâs Eve party. They forgot some wings and the sides. I went back the next day said they could remake we said sure. They messed up the flavor wings and forgot the side of fries again. When I called they said âit got busy things happenâ and that my husband told them a different wing flavor. It was for me so no he didnât. Mind you I was being nice itâs the start of the new year and when I said weâd be going back for the right order the manager hung up on me 1/1. Great start of the year

I ordered online to have my food delivered to my house. When I received my order, I was shocked to find that my food was extremely cold. My brownie was missing, and I had received the wrong order. I had ordered five original hot wings and five lemon pepper wings, but when I opened the box, I was disappointed to find that all I had was plain cold wings. I am very disappointed in this company.

Bery rude people working here. Will not be going back after this experience. My son placed an order and when delivered we were missing several items. Called the store and the lady I spoke with was very rude. Then proceeded to hang up on me.

I love love love this Wingstop the best ! Especially the night shift , the lady at the cash register the best so kind friendly funny and a whole vibe ! Really recommend! My kids go and eat there and have a great time
I placed a big order, the lady at the counter was very rude, on top of that I paid the up charge for the large drinks and received the small, mind you I ordered 6 of them. Then they also shorted me a fry and an order of veggies. I would not recommend going to this location

I love me a good lemon pepper wing!!!!! I used to eat here at least 3 times a week but recently I've had to cut back because the wings are too greasy and the lemon pepper wings haven't been tasting the same. Disappointed. Price could be a bit lower I'm just saying.
