We really enjoyed the restaurant, both the ambience and the food. The staff were helpful and friendly. We were disappointed, though, that our to-go containers were Styrofoam in a plastic bag. Our drinks were served in glasses, but somehow water for everyone was served in plastic cups with straws. We recommend your restaurant, but wonder when you’ll consider providing to-go items and serving water in a more environmentally-conscious way.

This is the first time I’ve ever had a bad experience. Last week I ate in and the food was wonderful. Today I returned and tried to order the same time plus additional items for later. I was told by Michael that you can not takeout items from the happy hour menu. I ordered something else. Sitting there I looked at the menu. That rule was not there. I asked to speak with Steve for clarification Steve was very aggressive telling me how long he’s been in business 50 years and why they made this decision. Before I could respond positively for his explanation, he walked away and said “I’m done talking about it” I’m not a child and didn’t appreciate be talked too in that manner.The waiter gave me my takeout. I paid and tipped him for the wonderful service. I love to support the business in my neighborhood but I’m DONE with Z’s!
