Got two Gyro meals, first I asked for no onions, there were onions on it for sure the tomatoes had to of been frozen and still used because they were mushy, then to top it all off the gyro wrap was hard and crusty. You have to care some to have things come out half way decent. Bad part is I spent my hard earned money on garbage food!

I just want to say I really love this Arby's out of every Arby's I have ever been to. This is the best. The only issue I had with them is that that it took longer to get my food out when I had to leave because I had to go to work. I came but I came back the next day they gave me my money back and a free meal. So I just want to give a shout out to the staff and especially the management team in the general manager. This is an amazing Arby's and I recommend it to all my friends and family. It's the only one I go to
We came late at night and came in to use the restroom, normally I’d expect service to be rushed or at least not overly friendly. Jeremy however was extremely friendly and even made small talk with me and made the experience really nice. Thanks for making my night a little better :)

Check your orders before you leave. The Ludington Arby's needs a quality control intervention. In 2 years, only 1 order has been correct. Today's was an order for a roast beef sandwich combo with crinkle fries and a diet coke. The only thing right was the diet coke. The fries were curly, and we'll, the sandwich... The Sandwich was a gyro and was labeled with a sticker for dine in. I had waited 7.5 minutes to get my order taken at the drive up so i knew thi gs were crazy or they were short handed. I pulled into a parking spot after getting my order fearing I was going to get a Beef and Cheddar (not a viable selection for driving). Yep they're on track to keep the order mishaps close to 100%. It's a shame, because all the staff atr friendly, but the delegation or QC just isn't there. If you're in a hurry choose someplace else.
I wish them luck.
