I just want to say I really love this Arby's out of every Arby's I have ever been to. This is the best. The only issue I had with them is that that it took longer to get my food out when I had to leave because I had to go to work. I came but I came back the next day they gave me my money back and a free meal. So I just want to give a shout out to the staff and especially the management team in the general manager. We came late at night and came in to use the restroom, normally I’d expect service to be rushed or at least not overly friendly. Jeremy however was extremely friendly and even made small talk with me and made the experience really nice. Thanks for making my night a little better :)
Awesome service for something as small as a mobile order. Most places are harsh and slow but Jeremy made my night by having everything instantly done as the app said it would.
