Please please please if someone orders dairy free products actually use them, we had a large order. We did tip and had it door dashed finished my drink and hours later found that they in fact did not use almond milk was sick all day this is not the first time I have had this happen from this location.

They advertise 'Sweet Foam Cold Brew' with mocha, white lightning, etc. However, if you order a white lightning for example, they'll assume that you want it hot without even asking. Like, I dont think that's even on the main menu, except under the sweet foam cold brew section. Why would that be the default assumption?

My family and I stopped at BIGGBY for coffee at 9:30a 3/16/25 before heading to church for a special service. My Son ordered his and his girlfriend’s drink, used a coupon and was good to go; however, when I placed my order right after him and tried using the same type of coupon I was rudely told by the female making the drinks that I could not use the coupon because the owner isn’t accepting those coupons anymore. I mentioned that my Son just used the same type of coupon before me and he wasn’t told that. She said in a very harsh attitude “well I’ll do it this time but won’t don’t it again”. I’ve been in customer service for over 30 years and understand not being able to use coupons and exceptions but you never make the customer leave with a bad impression of your business.

I got a Shadow The Hedgehog plush and wanted to tell my friends by posing him with a drink. This lead to the most humiliating experience of my life: having to ask the barista for "the reddest Red Bull mocktail" they have and explaining that it was for posing my plushie when they gave me looks of mild confusion. However, Kenzie, Syd, and Ashlynn took it in stride and made a custom mocktail using Strawberry and Raspberry flavors. It was absolutely delicious! Same for the chorizo bragel on asiago.
