It's a sad state of a affairs when a manager won't let a 5-year old use the "employee restroom" and she almost has an accident as we take her to the next closest "available" bathroom. This is after my wife ordered multiple drinks. I understand rules are rules. However, for a business to basically say, "We'd prefer your child mess there pants in public and deal with embarrassment and emotional damage than to consider an exception to a rule"...is utterly insane. I have been a loyal customer to Biggbys, since they first showed up in East Lansing, MI as Beaners. I will never again spend my money at this location. Unfortunately with what happened with the Biggbys in Alma & the Alma Highschools student program, it seems Biggbys must have drastically lowered their standards for people wanting to become franchise owners. I'm saddened our world is heading in this direction and also that I had to leave a review like this. I expect better and so should everyone else!Kid-friendliness: No, at least not when it comes to extenuating circumstances.

Went in on Sunday and it was my birthday so I tried to get my freebie that was emailed to me and the manager that was working on 06-25-23 till closing was being very rude to me and my stepmom then put toward a effort to have us call the help line that was already closed so it would have been no help to us.

Today, I had the Turkey Havarti Bragel Sandwich for just $4.99 and at just 458 calories, you can’t go wrong!! A delicious breakfast sandwich in a warm and cozy environment! Well Done!!

This location is the best of the best. The employees are so nice, and very quick and I always get exactly what I want❤️. Love this place!!Dietary restrictions: There’s so many sugar free syrups, decaf options, and alternative milks to choose from! Even vegan bagel sandwiches
