I've ate at lots of Bob Evans I do believe this one's going to need new management and better waitresses the kitchen cook must have cared they had old oil one of the orders with no onions and was served with onions food extremely greasy all liquids wet empty water and coffee.coffee was really watered down ordered an iced coffee thing and it was hot overall a bad experience this location

Food is good. Our waitress was pretty awesome, hostesses need to get their stuff together....... She deserves all the stars but there's not another option to rate the ppl at the counters. They Def gouge where they can, pop, coffee etc...

Waiting staff was debating on who would wait on us. An it ended up nun of them would wait on us so after 30 minutes of waiting. Got up and left an went to a better place down the road this is not the first time this has happened here...

Always had good take out service here until recently. The app has menu items the restaurant doesn't and when questioning this I was told I'm rude and hung up on. I have spent much money here on take out and breakfast catering, but not any more. Also called Bob Evans HQ to complain and the rep couldn't speak much English and couldn't understand my concern.

Verry crappy food and service microwaved noodles and veggies poor quality thrown together to imitate steamed I was a cook here and was told to feed them not fill them up coming from the managers

Food and service were prompt. Refills were also timely. The only concern was that we had asked for chocolate milk, and we were informed that there was none. No worries, as another type of drink was ordered.
We were served our drinks and food after ordering. Within the next 5 minutes or less, the table next to us was served chocolate milk. We didn't say anything as we had already begun to drink what was ordered in its replacement.

Had a bacon cheese burger both buns was burnt nothing was hot waitress only came and gave me another drink didn't see her until I was done. Onion rings wasn't even hot

The ham was dry and tuff the stuffing had way to much sage in it . The watrice i had to ask 3 or 4 times refill on are hot chocolate and she forgot things and had to ask 2 time's for all 4 of are pies i Recommend peanut butter pie
