Ordered food in the app 17 min before store was to close, when I got there 7 min later I was told they close the grill down early (30 min - 1hr?) and they had no meat for my order. I asked for refund and they said I would have to do it through the app, I said I don’t see an option for it and he said oh well I know you can because this happens a lot?? Interesting business model, BK open hours are really not open, I guess it’s only “my way” if old meat is left? I did get...
It's probably the best BK I've eaten at in recent history as far as food quality. The wait time for drive thru was longer than it should have been. Once at the cashier window, cashier yells I hit the wrong button and walks away. I then had to wait for a manager to come up and re order my food. Nothing special #1 Whopper meal, onion rings, and an ice tea. It was good, just not fast food.
Juan at the Burger King in DeWitt, deserves a huge shoutout for his exceptional customer service! He was friendly, efficient, and went above and beyond to ensure my order was perfect. His positive attitude made my visit enjoyable. Great job, Juan!
