Confirmed when they were open till prior to driving over, and had time so drove over shortly after calling and then I couldn’t be served because the staff said they close early to start cleaning, like what?! Frustrating, terrible customer service

Not really a cold stone more tim Hortons with ice cream. They didnt have all the things they said they did online but they still hooked it up and it was delicious

So we used my birthday gift card here and have a child that is gluten free..the manager went out of her way to make sure our daughter had exactly what she needed so she wouldnt get sick. Thank you again for making our night special!♥

Not happy with the service. When I asked if I can pay for donuts with the icecream cashier says yes but I have to ring you up down here so I stood in front of the donut case 9 months pregnant holding my toddler waiting for her to maybe ask which ones I wanted but instead thought I was just looking?! She rang up my icecream and my coffee crappacino drink but not the donuts. So when I asked the other cashier about the donuts I said I need 2 donuts and she asked what kind as she stands behind the cold stone register I told my son to go point out what he wanted. Seriously was irritated by the experience and the 2 ppl working. I wont go to that one ever again.
It's the closest one so every now and then I give it a try. Disappointed every time. Staff is ALWAYS rude, they never have ingredients, and once I tried to use a gift card and they said they don't accept them.

I will start by saying the employees were nice but the experience was awful. First we said it was our first time at Coldstone so we weren't sure how to order and there are no prices or ingredient choices listed anywhere. The lady kind of looked at us like it was self explanatory but did end up telling us what to do.
