Our service was terrible. The young adult at the drive through did not take our order properly, and when I asked her to please adjust it she told me she already had and refused to repeat the order back to me. I had to go back into the drive through lane because she gave us the wrong side even though I clearly and politely stated what my Autistic child wanted. She was rude to me, and dropped my change on purpose. I will not be going to this Culver's again.

I lost my wallet and searched my entire car as the staff watched. Not my most shining moment but they handled my situation so well. Laughing with me and giving me the food on the house. They're an amazing group that truly knows their job. Fast food is not an easy job but they handle it with grace and knowledge.
