Don't let the outside deter you from stopping in. This place is a jem, just a little unpolished on the outside, which gives it character. Food is fantastic and staff is super friendly. Great local place to stop on the way home! Not sure who was bartending (female), but thank you for being super nice and inviting to non townies!!
Our baseball team arrived with 35 total people and they took us all in. The homemade food was outstanding. Dave Portnoy needs to make a stop here for the pizza. It's fabulous. The homemade chicken salad, sloppy joes and bean soup was 2nd to none. Thanks again for the great time.
Moved here a year ago was already familiar with Dewitt and had seen the Tavern at least a 100 times but never thought to stop in. So glad I did! They are amazing! Every single employee is top notch. My husband and I now make it our go to for a bite to eat and some cocktails.
