This store really needs to understand the “Hot n Ready” concept… for the last year or so they never have any Hot n Ready pizzas ready to go. Their excuse is ALWAYS we have been really busy.

Been coming to this location for awhile but just had an unreal experience with the worst customer service. All 3 employees tonight made it a point to ignore all the customers while giving them nasty glares. I made a telephone order with one of them named Michelle who said it'd be 25 minutes. I got there and waited for over 10 minutes with no acknowledgement but just got glares. One customer got very irate over how the employees were acting towards everyone which I dont blame him (i dont condone the irate customers language however). The employees seem to have zero idea on conflict resolution and added fuel to the point where all the customers in the lobby were shocked, leaving and getting angry. The only guy that was working there was arrogant and being very sarcastic to all of the customers. People were looking at each other in shock by the atmosphere of this place...
Edit: I also find it interesting that the owner only seems to comment on good reviews thanking them. Not even acknowledging the bad reviews. To the owner, I know you are reading this. You have a real problem with your employees attitudes, ability to handle conflict resolution and customer service. And if you dont care, its a good way to lose customers...its that simple.

Order one pizza and two puffs. Get home and everything is cold and old. Called up to the store to have my order remade at 10:35 they didn’t answer the phone. I fly to the store which closes at 11pm and the door is locked at 10:49 pm. Horrible experience! My first and last time ever ordering at this location!!
Pizza was fast but looks like someone had an arm wrestling match with the bread

Ordered 11 pizza and bread sticks for a school party.pizzas were ok as usual however the 6 breadstick we ordered were all raw and not cooked.
One of the pizzas was undercooked and one was very much burnt… so burn that the crust was rock hard. They also burnt the breadsticks and we even had it ordered online, so I don’t know exactly what the issue was… never had a problem with this place, but ruined the night for sure

I have been standing in the store for almost 20 minutes when I called half an hour ago for 2 pizzas this is ridiculous they've already told anther customer they messed up his order and have to remake it

I never had an issue, BUT tonight I did. I worked a long day excited to get pizza. When I brought it home the pizza was not done. All the toppings were falling off barely any cheese and the bottom was uncooked. Very disappointed!

This place is a nightmare, employees are untrained, gave food to wrong customers, 10 people waiting in the lobby with nobody at the register. Took 35 minutes to get a hot and ready pepperoni pizza. Avoid this place at all costs.

Everybody seemed not to care too much about anything. Just moving around like nothing matters. Took 20 minutes for my order and they nearly gave me the wrong stuff

Been calling for a whole hour. No one is picking up the phone. For one hour without being able to pick up it’s ridiculous, I know they take it off the. I’ve seen it when I’ve gone in there.
I finally drive there so I can place my order because I can’t request extra parm on my breadsticks. I get and ask the question why they wouldn’t answer my call, I callled 18 times in a hour. Have the proof too. She goes check on the phone, and their phone had been dead not charging. I thought that was crazy to miss and asked that since I had to come in to place my order because I cannot online. She said no. Like okay. That’s not my fault you guys were ignoring why your phone hasn’t gone off in a hour.
I can say I was upset. I ordered what I wanted and pullled my wallet out. All my money was folded into eachother. I started flipping them on the counter, counted 9, went and started to pick it up. All she says is, you’re rude. If you’re going to be rude, leave. I said what? I just ordered and I’m getting my money out, I flicked on the counter and I’m grabbing it for. Nope just leave or call the cops. I’m taken aback. You know I’m upset about your mistake, then when I’m flicking money on the counter and go to reach for it, you say that? Treat me like that? Like I told you I was having problems with you.
She walked away and I stood there asking for help and she was telling people not too. Finally a gentleman came up to talk to me and was way more reasonable. He states, “sorry, she hasn’t been having a good day” and rings me up for my food finally and let me get.
Just because you’re having a bad day, doesn’t give her the right to do that to me. Please look into this.

Closed at 8:30 when the hours are till 10. Drive out to grab a pizza only to find out they Closed an hour and a half early. If you try calling to see what time they're open or they're hours, nobody answers. Great customer service and a great way to run a business, I guess.....

Went for lunch while at work and they had no lunch combos ready, got told 5 minutes and it was over 10. Food was alright but nothing special for the longer wait.
