Ordered 15 pizzas for a sports banquet 2 days in advance for a set pickup time. Pizzas were ready 35 minutes after the set time… 20 minutes AFTER the event started.

I'm so sick of having to come back or wait longer for things not being made correctly the first time! I would rather you slow down and take longer and get the order right, then rush to make it fast and get it wrong. I will say they always correct their mistakes.

When you ask for XTRA SAUCE, make sure you tell them over and over and over, because it is obviously "Rocket Science" for some people. Called and was told, "I told my guy xtra sauce.....(silence from us both) sorry about that. " You guys suck!!!

I wouldn't trust this location. My son works at the store in Mason and he told me that the owner is a self centered jerk. I was also told that they don't care about their employees. They deducted over half of his check because they simply didn't like him. I went into this location the other day and the people are dirty as well as the store. I watched the bigger guy back there sneeze in his hand and start making a pizza. I walked out of the place after that. My son tells me that all the stores in the area do are disgusting like this and they should be shut down. I'm also being told by the former Operations Manager that there is a bad leak in the back of the store that is accumulating black mold on the back of the store as well as mold on the floor in the walk in cooler. I have the pictures to prove it. I wouldn't feed my family out of this place and neither should you.

They don't answer the phones, if you had an alergic reaction there would be no way to contact them to assist in medical treatment; plus the only time you don't have to wait over an hour. Otherwise we love the food. Just a hassle and the medical concerns and inconvenience of being able to get food timely and having to either drive or get order through the app or website.

Came here on lunch today. They didn’t have change for a $50….. and my deal came with a a drink in which all they had to offer was TEA. Don’t recommend. I drove another 20 minutes to the next one .

It's hit or miss on quality. I've had really nicely made delicious pizzas and some that look like a 4 year old made them. It's extremely cheap so we will always be back.

I understand that there would be a wait but interrupting a customer while they’re placing an order….. lost business. I’d rather go somewhere else that would be more appreciative of my business.

We ordered 5 pizzas from this place half of our pizzas were not cut, one of the crusts on one of the pizzas was so thick we just had to eat the toppings off of it, and they forgot toppings on one of our pizzas.

I’m a huge fan of the pizza portal. Only interaction with a human is me saying thank you and that’s plenty for me. It’s hot and the Detroit deep dish is crazy good for the price. Give both a try!Parking: Spots available right by the door for mobility issues.
