I'm out of state visiting family and this is the closest sbuxs to them. I only order one drink and each time it's different. There is no consistency and the espresso is unbearably bitter. This is an indicator that they are not cleaning/servicing their machines regularly. Also, when people pay extra for an add-on like cold foam give them some cold foam. Staff could use some work as well.
I’ve always had a great experience at this Starbucks location. I typically order via the app for pickup and 9 times out of 10, my order is normally correct. It’s convenient and consistent!
I came here today on my birthday and I asked the girl what they do for birthdays and unfortunately I didn’t have the app but the girl still gave me a discount for my birthday and when I got to the window the girl was super sweet and seemed like she loved her job and when I got my drink this was on it and they even wrote “happy birthday yay!” On my cup the drink was good and so was my cake pop I come here pretty frequently and every time I come here no matter how busy they...
