The food was the best subs I have ever had in my whole life. The workers were a bit quiet and not the friendliest but they did say welcome in when we walked in.

Unfortunately my sub was soggy and gross. Like the kind of soggy you get from trying to eat it as leftovers. I got the rotisserie chicken and I think that was too wet. It was cold even after being toasted and the whole sandwich was a slimy gross texture.

Krista greeted with a smile and was very welcoming. She helped me pick out sub ingredients for a small Christmas Eve gathering. All ingredients looked fresh and the subs looked very good. Good experience great employee!

I ordered online for pick up and there seemed to be an issue with their system as I waited 25 minutes for my order to pop up. When it didn't and I showed proof of the order, the manager was unaccommodating and rude. I paid for my drink and left. Later, I found out I was charged for the order I never received and called back, only to be told I had to talk to my bank because they won't do anything. It has been one of the most frustrating situations I had to deal with.

I used to like this one, but lately the sandwiches are a mess and I was overcharged for a single sub. the last 3 sandwiches have been so messy I have to remake it before I eat it. The older lady that usually handles register always treats me like an annoying inconvenience. Just today I noticed the price for the same sandwich I have gotten for years and just mere weeks prior was a few dollars too many. She insisted I was wrong and that's the right price. I filled the same order online and the total came to almost 3 dollars off what I was charged. I do however like the manager, very nice person.
