The staff is always nice, but they don't wear gloves when making the bagels and then touch their dirty clothes in between making the food. I wish it was more cleanly because I would love to go here more often.

The staff are very rude. I ordered a drink from them. They messed up my order. I came back to get it corrected, and the manager and workers were beyond rude. They blamed me for the wrong order even though I had the receipt to prove it was incorrect. The staff literally made me pull my drink out of the trash to show them it was incorrect. The staff remade my drink and made a couple of condescending remarks while remaking my drink. Such a horrible experience, I will never be going back.

I came to this location to redeem my points for Free donut. I was having a tough morning. The person working Wouldn't redeem it And they didn't bother explaining the reward system or trying to fix it for me They did not care about my service to others So I just left I'm not gonna pay for a donut that is supposed to be free I have never had this problem with a corporation Reward system before I will no longer be coming to this location Hire people with some energy that smile Have some integrity and care about what their doing & and their services to others

Stopped at 6:45 a.m. to get a coffee and breakfast for myself before work. Hashbrown was cold and under cooked. Bagel sandwich was not hot. Definitely will not make the mistake of getting breakfast here in the future

By far, the best stops at tim hortons I've had. The young man who helped us was amazing! The food was fantastic, and he made the best Cafe Mocha I've had in a long time. 5⭐️?? I'm sorry, I don't remember the young man's name but great job!

The way that the woman is speaking to the employees is disgusting. “ANSWER THE HEADSET” as they are all running around. I’m inside with my toddlers and she is just constantly yelling and belittling them. If she is in a manager position, she does not deserve that roll.

Went for a replacement coffee today.(Yesterday I asked for a dark roast, black, but I got a load of cream.) I went for the replacement today, but the tan delivery Tahoe was smack in the middle of the drive, blocking traffic. I turned back and went to the north to get in line. They give me a replacement that is 1 1/4 inches from the top…black coffee could be closer to full people.Not very happy or very impressed!NOT recommending this place.The staff did not seem to care, at all!!
