I ordered a scrambled loaded wrap for breakfast and the amount of sausage and filling I got was laughable. For $5.49 a wrap I would expect something with more than the contents of a McDonald's breakfast burrito. I also found a piece of lettuce in the wrap at 8 AM... you guys haven't served lettuce since the previous night. That is disgusting and makes me question the cleanliness of this location. I will not be returning.

I had a really bad experience very second day even today when I went there to buy tea and coffee at about 11:20 pm what I ask them to make they make totally opposite and also miss behave the thing is that before they had really bad service provider now the add new people and they are even worst from previous one what we say they do opposite of that have to waist time while placing the order my recommendation is to the management is that they need to add trained people not these idiots else people which stop coming here

The staff is always nice, but they don't wear gloves when making the bagels and then touch their dirty clothes in between making the food. I wish it was more cleanly because I would love to go here more often.

The staff are very rude. I ordered a drink from them. They messed up my order. I came back to get it corrected, and the manager and workers were beyond rude. They blamed me for the wrong order even though I had the receipt to prove it was incorrect. The staff literally made me pull my drink out of the trash to show them it was incorrect. The staff remade my drink and made a couple of condescending remarks while remaking my drink. Such a horrible experience, I will never be going back.

I came to this location to redeem my points for Free donut. I was having a tough morning. The person working Wouldn't redeem it And they didn't bother explaining the reward system or trying to fix it for me They did not care about my service to others So I just left I'm not gonna pay for a donut that is supposed to be free I have never had this problem with a corporation Reward system before I will no longer be coming to this location Hire people with some energy that smile Have some integrity and care about what their doing & and their services to others

Stopped at 6:45 a.m. to get a coffee and breakfast for myself before work. Hashbrown was cold and under cooked. Bagel sandwich was not hot. Definitely will not make the mistake of getting breakfast here in the future
