The way that the woman is speaking to the employees is disgusting. “ANSWER THE HEADSET” as they are all running around. I’m inside with my toddlers and she is just constantly yelling and belittling them. If she is in a manager position, she does not deserve that roll.

Went for a replacement coffee today.(Yesterday I asked for a dark roast, black, but I got a load of cream.) I went for the replacement today, but the tan delivery Tahoe was smack in the middle of the drive, blocking traffic. I turned back and went to the north to get in line. They give me a replacement that is 1 1/4 inches from the top…black coffee could be closer to full people.Not very happy or very impressed!NOT recommending this place.The staff did not seem to care, at all!!

The employees are great. I’ve always had amazing customer service here. That being said, the food lately has been terrible. Not hot, or order was completely wrong. This wasn’t always my experience here. This has been a recent, in the last month or so thing. I’m hoping it’s maybe just a new person not really knowing what they’re doing thing and it will get better because I love that location. Other than that, I’d give it five stars.

Was here in early December. My boy "House" (sorry don't remember your actual name. Rick maybe?) Hooked me up. Nice conversation about Milwaukee area. Friendly guy and coffee was great. Ask him for the recommendations for Milwaukee for me. I cannot remember what he said.

I have been to this location two times. Each time my coffee has been terrible and the food has been ice cold. You can clearly tell that they don't heat up their food and /or it just sits there in the window. The two biscuits I had crumbled before I could even get a bite of them. Worst Tim Hortons ever. I will never be back!!! For a place that's never busy you'd think the food would actually be hot and edible.
Stopped by on the four hour drive to Indianapolis and got my fave muffins! Tim Hortons easily has some of the best muffins and they're always fresh. I also got their decaf coffee which was still very much caffeinated (either that or I'm just super sensitive to caffeine), so be cautious if caffeine is an issue for you. This location was relatively clean and our order was ready in about 3 minutes. I only wish there was more seating in the store!

50/50 if they get the order correct. Was very disappointed after my last visit when I paid for a latte but received a plain brewed coffee. The worker who handed it to me even called it a latte, so unfortunately, I didn't notice until I was too far away to turn back. We love getting Tim's in the morning, but after being overcharged for a drink and not hearing anything after submitting an issue form, I'm hesitant to order from here again.
