I gotta give the employees at this location props on their customer service. Too many fast food employees ((especially around here for some reason)) act like its a hassle to have to do their job and serve the customer food. You guys are always in a good mood/attitude and I just want to say its definitely noticed. Cheers and thank you for not making me feel bad for wanting to order some food. Ive ran into this issue at several other fast food places where people wanna lowkey be in a bad mood and then try taking it out on the customer. ❤️

ordered a meal sandwich off the menu, got a bun with a Pile of roast beef and nothing else(wrong sandwich). If that is the classic roast beef sandwich that is gross with a capital G. pound of cold roast beef jammed into a sandwich box lol, wish I took of picture of it before I returned it.

We went at about 10:30pm, there were only 2 people working from what I could see and they made all of our food fresh. This was the best Arby's I've had in a long time, maybe the best ever. Staff was really nice, restaurant was clean and the food was excellent.

I don't usually leave reviews but thought the service here was great. The employee with a toque took our order seamlessly. Food was good. When I filled up my drink I didn't have the lid on properly and spilled it, there was a blonde girl employee seeing this and asked if we needed a new cup. When I was back from the bathroom from washing my hands she had already started mopping the area. Excellent staff!
Chad is great at customer service. I was having a bad day when I came in to order food and was greeted with a smile and kindness. Great job!!!

Had an unexpected mishap with the app - came to pick up my meal at 10:40pm and the app told me to pick it up at 10am the next day. No idea how that happened, as I selected ASAP, but the first location I tried on Jackson Rd was closed.
In any event the two lovely employees - one a manager - served up the best burger I have ever had at a fast food place - the double western bacon burger - it was $11, but hot damn it was fresh - the patties were huge.
