This Arby's is part of a semi-truck station. Brian took my order with a friendly tone. He was new and a bit slow in service but did things right. There appears to be a staff shortage here. The manager helped and encouraged Brian.
The only thing really upset me was the handicap parking. You have to drive up into the spot. Getting my walker out of the back of my SUV was very hard to stand with a risk of falling due to the pitch of the ramp the car was on. Since the car was so high up ⬆ could hardly reach for the closing handle on my car to shut the hatch back door.
The other annoying thing was that there was NO DRIVE THRU. I had to get my walker out to buy my food. Not a great experience.

Parking: I 94 & Baker Rd Arby's handicap parking was bad. Space was ramped up and difficult to manage. Someone is going to fall. Poor design. Hazard risk here. I like Arby's but will probably not come back if I have to use the
the handicap parking.

Wheelchair accessibility: The parking area is wide but the parking spot is too high up and the back of the spot drops off in the back making it hard to pull my walker on level ground. Then it was really hard to pull the back tailgate down to close it. I nearly fell walking up the incline to my car to get in my front door seat.

I was waiting on my food and there was 2 employees being rude to another employee who seemed new to the job.

They proceeded to slam things infront of them Raise there voice with a attitude and show zero respect, then became irritated with him when he tried to package orders even though they were told to do so by another employee.

All of this caused for a 20 min wait time on the food.

These employees belittled this person and most likely embarrassed them, infront of all of the customer and making some leave.

This should not be acceptable at any workplace. No person should have to go work to get treated like a animal.

I hope this gets dealt with accordingly.

This is by far the worst Arby’s I have ever been too. I stood there for at least five mins before she served me. She acted like I wasn’t there. She looked back and didn’t say anything, just kept doing whatever she was doing. I was even told that they are out of salt lol. Nobody was acting ALIVE in there. I won’t be back again.

Girl working front counter was so nice. The reason for the bad review is because her supervisor ridiculed and berated her in front of customers, making fun of her for asking how to do something more efficiently at the register. Same supervisor then berated remaining employees. If my boss ever talked to me that way I would walk out the door and never look back.

Ended up waiting 15 minutes for one order. They weren't super busy either. Maybe like 4 people waiting. I'm a pretty patient person so I didn't mind this too much. What I minded was watching the employees getting talked down to by their boss.

Girl at the front counter, you're doing a great job. I would have asked the same questions you asked. Go somewhere where you're appreciated.

Customer service is severely lacking here now adays. Guy at the counter just yells "what can I get for you, toss food on the counter and walk away" doesn't wear a name tag. Probably on purpose.
