Amazing people to work with amazing food very fast and helpful and good customer service. Better service than any other Arbys I’ve been to. Would be back to eat again when I can. Love the food and service. Stephen is one of the best and fastest people that I’ve worked with.

Had an unexpected mishap with the app - came to pick up my meal at 10:40pm and the app told me to pick it up at 10am the next day. No idea how that happened, as I selected ASAP, but the first location I tried on Jackson Rd was closed.
In any event the two lovely employees - one a manager - served up the best burger I have ever had at a fast food place - the double western bacon burger - it was $11, but hot damn it was fresh - the patties were huge.

Been awhile that I've been to Arby's due to being a trucker, I get burned out on the same things over and over. The employee recommended the big cheesy bacon combo. Excellent flavor, excellent service. Nice job.Nick and Brian 2 thumbs up

This Arby's is part of a semi-truck station. Brian took my order with a friendly tone. He was new and a bit slow in service but did things right. There appears to be a staff shortage here. The manager helped and encouraged Brian. The only thing really upset me was the handicap parking. You have to drive up into the spot. Getting my walker out of the back of my SUV was very hard to stand with a risk of falling due to the pitch of the ramp the car was on. Since the car was so high up ⬆ could hardly reach for the closing handle on my car to shut the hatch back door. The other annoying thing was that there was NO DRIVE THRU. I had to get my walker out to buy my food. Not a great experience.
Parking: I 94 & Baker Rd Arby's handicap parking was bad. Space was ramped up and difficult to manage. Someone is going to fall. Poor design. Hazard risk here. I like Arby's but will probably not come back if I have to use the the handicap parking.
Wheelchair accessibility: The parking area is wide but the parking spot is too high up and the back of the spot drops off in the back making it hard to pull my walker on level ground. Then it was really hard to pull the back tailgate down to close it. I nearly fell walking up the incline to my car to get in my front door seat. DANGEROUS AREA.
I was waiting on my food and there was 2 employees being rude to another employee who seemed new to the job.
They proceeded to slam things infront of them Raise there voice with a attitude and show zero respect, then became irritated with him when he tried to package orders even though they were told to do so by another employee.
All of this caused for a 20 min wait time on the food.
These employees belittled this person and most likely embarrassed them, infront of all of the customer and making some leave.
This should not be acceptable at any workplace. No person should have to go work to get treated like a animal.
I hope this gets dealt with accordingly.

Ive been out of town for a week ways away from home These 2 men Wow, The customer service at Arby's is amazing stephan treated me with the up most respect he was so awesome and drew was so polite I would defiently come back here thank you for treating me so kindly you guys rock!
