I've been stopping at various locations through my travels. I always order the Reuben and gyro. So most times I'm never sitting down and getting an atmosphere vibe. Always good food and good customer relations with staff.

This place is a joke! We had a terrible issue at the South Lyon Arby’s where they left out half our order. The store was kind enough to send us 5 coupons for free sandwiches to make up for this. I tried to use those at this location and they accused me of faking the coupons and trying to steal from them… they said I was committing fraud and this was illegal. The coupons clearly stated they could be used at any location and any item and were being redeemed a month before expiring. This was in front of my family and a line full of customers. This was mortifying and completely unacceptable. I was even paying for drinks and sides for each meal… I highly recommend never setting foot in this Arby’s.

This lil truck stop Arby's has been consistently better than any other location I have been to in the county. I used to work down the road 10 years ago so I went frequently, nowadays I still manage a few stops there in a year and it's one of the very few fast food places I'll still go to. Never a long wait and it's at a truck stop off 94. The stop it's housed in is amazingly clean including the bathrooms and shower area.

First they tried to charge me double, then they got the order wrong. The smell of weed was strong. My wife went back in to have it corrected and days manager argued with her bad food using a racist slur. We also watched them mess up two other orders while we were there. This place needs to be shut down DO NOT go here!

For some reason. This store got a new manager a couple of months ago and change the hours of closing time to 7 PM every day at a truckstop where people stop in at all times of the day to get food before this manager took over I loved going here, but since this manager has took it over, I’ve been treated rude and then shorten their hours. I called Arby’s customer service line and they said it was strange they would close during the dinner rush like that.
