We are so excited to find this wonderful local business. We drive over from Ann Arbor. I am 100% Italian, and these ravioli are as good as my Grandmother's. We ordered the ravioli fro Christmas dinner too! Love this place.

This place is an amazing quaint market with the most fresh pasta around. We got the Gigli pasta with pomodoro sauce, as well as the cacio e Pepe ravioli. The Gigli pasta paired perfectly with the sauce, which was delightfully fresh and fragrant, a brilliant version of the classic tomato sauce. What really stole the show was the ravioli, which when tossed with a light browned butter sauce — made by my mom— was a delicious addition to the evening. Its complexity of flavors and delicate balance of them displays the mastery the people behind Carosello Pasta have for their pastas and sauces. Yum!! We will definitely be coming back!!

Just found this spot last weekend and you have to swing by. We picked up some fresh pasta and sauce and it made for an incredible meal. Looking forward to getting back and trying some of their cheeses and balsamic.

I stop in here every time I make it out to Dexter. This is a unique one of a kind place! Imagine a bakery, but all fresh noodles. I always stock up when I'm here, you can get dry pasta or fresh pasta that stores nicely in the freezer. The owner is really great, she's always happy to see you when you come in.
