Buyer beware. Absolutely worst restaurant experience I can ever remember. Picking up a fully paid online order and girl at the register looks on and concludes that my wife’s card was charged online for $32 but she must have run out of funds because the total was $45. I politely said no, she just used her points which included a free salad. No, she said we’ve never heard of that. “You still owe $13” I told her that can’t be right and the “manager” comes over and tells me he’s busy making pizzas and your card must not have enough money. Insulted a little now, I debated leaving but instead pulled out the cash and paid for the “free salad”. Already 15 minutes past my pick up time I sat there and waited for my order to be ready. All the while the senior couple behind me go through the same song and dance being told their $9.99 pizzas weren’t valid and they owed more on their online order. They are confused and reluctantly pulled out their card and pay more as well. If this all wasn’t bad enough, I get home and explain to my wife what happened and she calls to clarify if points maybe weren’t valid at that restaurant or what exactly happened here on our simple online order? They respond by telling her they are busy and don’t have time for her and actually hang up the phone on her. Serious red flags here as either the workers including the manager don’t have a clue or maybe they are clearing extra cash from the customers???

We placed an order and it was delivered 2 hours later. They would not answer their phones and I ended up driving over there to pick up. They said they had and influx of orders, all they had to do was answer their phone and communicate that the order was delayed. After 2 hours the quality was not great either.
Had multiple sub sandwiches which we ordered online. When we asked about our order, the person behind counter said it was ready. So we got our order and drove 7 miles out of town only to find we were missing one sandwich, so I had to drive back and get it. Sandwich makers should communicate better.
