Walked in there Monday hoping to get something to eat and they were closed because they could not get any workers. Ridiculous, the A&W across the street was fantastic and a lot cheaper.

My server was good, but the food was not so great and i had a bad experience due to management. Skimpy portions on the food(my BLT had 4 pieces of bacon and a single leaf of lettuce with two small tomatoes and more mayo than needed) and i could hear the boss rudely berating a staff member publicly which was uncomfortable for everyone(aside from him apparently) and very unprofessional. The food isnt worth it, and if it's always like that i cant recommend the atmosphere either.

I was really impressed by Dexter's Pub! Their food was amazing, especially the pizzas! Seating can take a bit of time, but once you're settled, the service is usually pretty quick. And let me tell you, the vibe downstairs? Way better than upstairs.

I used to frequent here during happy hour, loved their happy hour food specials when my kids were younger.Tonight, we came to participate in the Dine & Donate to support the Dexter Drama Club.I asked our server Jennifer if they had a blender, she said yes so I ordered a non alcoholic strawberry daiquiri for my daughter. I ordered a Sierra rose sangria cider. She dropped off the daiquiri over ice, said the blender was broken…said it’d taste the same. I had my daughter try it, however she said it tasted sour, and she didn’t like it. My cider looked like a cherry coke, it’s never suppose to have ice or have fruit in it. I told our server my daughter didn’t like the virgin daiquiri, she then went to try to take it to try to make the blender work?We got our food, I got sweet potato fries which I did not order. I said to my server, I think I got someone else’s food. She said she would bring me the side of fries.Jennifer was not friendly or personable!She never once asked how our food was, and it seemed as if she was rushing us out.When presented the check, I was clearly given someone else’s.Then, when I got our check she charged for items I did not order.I brought it up, and she argued with me. She said she isn’t going to have the drink taken off because my daughter didn’t like it.I finally had enough, and asked to speak to a manager.The manager took care of it, however we will not return. It left such a sour taste in all of our mouths.I’ve had 20+ years in customer service, and this is not how you treat people!
