Be very careful... prices they charge are not what is posted on their menu . We were just told, "Oh, those are our old prices." Isn't that false advertising?

I placed an order today for my child and paid by credit card. I ordered a NY style pizza, and boneless wings. I was told my order would be delivered at about 11:30 AM. When the order arrived my son noticed they were bone in wings, which he won't eat. So I called the store back and the manager, who I might add WAS NOT Joey or Andrew told me l would have to get in store credit, or come pick it up. I then stated the order is for my child and I'm not currently there, I ordered for my child, and paid over $30 with delivery and tip for just 2 items. If a mistake is made on your part you should deliver the correct item free of charge, but he was telling me I couldn't have them delivered due to a delivery fee. Mind you, l'm .4 miles from there and already paid $3.99 for delivery, plus tipped $4. I'm also a former employee and know for a fact this isn't how this works at jets in dexter.

The best service I've had in a long time! Excellent pizza as well. Highly recommended.
I placed my order at 6:20 and said it would be delivered at 7:20. At 7:35, I called and at first he said he had no record of my order. Then the manager said that the delivery driver called me AND rang my doorbell when delivering the pizza. My fiancé and I were both sitting on the couch right next to the front door and the driver didn’t call OR ring my doorbell. I went to the door and my pizza was sitting outside my door and it was cold. I understand that people make mistakes but they lied to me and said they called me and rang my doorbell when they did neither. They didn’t offer to make it right, so I will no longer be ordering from them. I plan on calling corporate so that they can make it right.

On 8/10/23I order a medium pizza and bread sticks and chicken . I place my order over the phone and once the transaction was completed I locked my card as usual.So to remind you I'm on the phone having important phone calls. And I finally finished my calls and listen to my voice message and I had numerous of disrespectful voice messagesI wish I can post the tasteless messages from the store manager, And makes threats and send another person to my house that didn't deliver my foodto my house to knock and ringing my doorbellSaying they tried to called me, again I'm on a conference call making threats on my voice mail..these people are not professional and disrespectful, are very tastelessnessAnd you don't know why I haven't answered. I wouldn't had an issue until I heard them voicemails now we have a bigger problemI do work and have a better job then you.. jets pizza in Dexter mi is so unprofessional and tasteless and rude, disrespectful and I Don't recommend no one ordering from hereme with the police.
