By far my favorite place to grab a warm beverage and read a book in a welcoming and hospital city that I love. If I could make any improvements to the space, I would add a window on the outside of the Western storefront that would allow for self-service ordering to be had by commuters walking by without entering the storefront for the drip coffee ☕. Also, I would help to digitalize the physical bulletin board system using a service similar to Google Lens to streamline the physical bulletin board posting process for accessible viewing worldwide. Overall, 5 ✨, can't complain, won't complain.

The soup was quite good but our panami was just so so and took forever. We waited for 40i mnutes before our sandwich came out. With that kind of wait, we should have been given a heads up when we placed our order, And, I had to grovel to get a refill on my iced tea after waiting so long for our food. Horrible customer service.

I got a small dainty wrap for $10 and it tasted bad. Why was there barbecue sauce in it? Way too expensive. Got a regular smoked turkey sandwich for $10 and it was unsalted. Apple was good. Total was $26?!?!

Coffee is notably better compared to past years. However, the staff appears to need some servsafe training. I watched staff rub their nose and not wash their hands afterward. Same staff member then dropped a blender lid on the ground and picked it up to make someone’s smoothie. I left before my drink was ready due to health concerns. :/
