Food and coffee are fabulous. Staff is super friendly, but unbelievably slow. Probably due to their single register. If you don’t have 30-45 min to wait in line during peak hours skip this spot. If you have the time or are around in the afternoon stop in no question!
By far my favorite place to grab a warm beverage and read a book in a welcoming and hospital city that I love. If I could make any improvements to the space, I would add a window on the outside of the Western storefront that would allow for self-service ordering to be had by commuters walking by without entering the storefront for the drip coffee ☕. The soup was quite good but our panami was just so so and took forever. We waited for 40i mnutes before our sandwich came out. With that kind of wait, we should have been given a heads up when we placed our order, And, I had to grovel to get a refill on my iced tea after waiting so long for our food. Horrible customer service.
