The people inside this location seem to be operating in slow motion. Took forever to be served and watched the lady behind the counter go on her phone multiple times before being helped. Food also took waayyyyy too long to come out. Just a small two person order.

Always check if you get 2 patties on your double hamburger. I've hit both McDonald's, ann Arbor rd and page. 4 times at both places only 1 hamburger patty. Check your order.

Had two separate orders, ordered regular snack wraps and got spicy, fries were forgotten. Ordered mc chickens and got cheese burgers. Very disappointed as I have a limited lunch break and cannot go back to correct it.

Foods usually fresh enough and rarely made wrong but there’s definitely some toxic elements within the staff. Supervisors/Leads will audibly scold and disrespect their staff within earshot of customers. Talk to your employees like they’re adults, not your children.
